Just in case you change your mind, we provide customers a chance to cancel their order within 24 hours after the order is placed. If you’re past the 24 hour deadline, we will do our best to assist you solve the issue.
If you ordered multiple items, the contents of the package might have exceeded the weight limit. The shipping company requires a maximum weight per package. If it exceeds their requirement, they send it back to us. To solve this, we split the package into 2 or 3 shipments. But don’t worry! We make sure to send you a tracking number for each package.
You will receive an shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the shipping company shipped your package.

We do not collect VAT/GST, administrative fees, duties and/or taxes on your order and cannot predict what your charges may be. These additional charges, if applicable, are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
We also do not issue any refunds for customs fees, duties, taxes, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees and/or duties for parcel release.
Dharma Vibes will not issue a refund if the customer entered an incorrect/incomplete/inaccurate shipping address provided at checkout.
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local post office to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel.
International Missing packages: For lost or missing International packages, We will offer our customers a Replacement or a Refund.
Return to Sender packages: All packages returned back to Dharma Vibes will receive a refund or re-shipment.
Packages stuck in customs: All packages stuck in customs will not held Dharma Vibes liable. The delay of the package is due to your country’s law that packages undergo custom clearance. It is the customer’s responsibility to call their customs to expedite the clearance process.
To apply a discount code, simply go to your cart, choose “checkout” and on the right side of the screen will be the total cost of your order. Above the subtotal and shipping costs there will be a space where you can enter in your discount code and a button to apply the discount to your purchase:
When you request Dharma Vibes for a refund, our customer support specialist will submit a request to our accounting team. It takes 1-5 business days for our accounting team to review, approve, and process your refund. Once approved, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund.
You may expect to see the refund back to your account/card in about 3-7 business days. For PayPal it will take 24 hours for the refund to show in your account.
